Wooden fire door series "ECOBLOC" test uses only environmentally friendly organic materials that do not emit carcinogens and chemical products when heated or exposed to sunlight.

Filling the door is a solid furniture shield made of timber dried to the desired values on its own dryers, which in addition to mechanical strength also gives increased sound insulation of the premises.

In the porch of the doors, a cut-in polyurethane seal is installed, which significantly improves noise insulation.

JSC "Alfa" on its own fire-resistant doors (Nelidovo, Tver region) mastered more than 60 types of fillets and plafonade, which allows you to make any pattern color and design of the door.

The box and dressing of the door are made of glued pine timber, which prevents warping, cracking gives resistance to wetting and temperature changes. Printing and painting of doors and windows is made after cutting and hanging, which allows you to effectively operate the structures of "ECOBLOC" including in rooms with high humidity.

The coating is a natural veneer of oak, painted in color at the request of the client, this allows you to avoid chips and scratches that eventually appear on the plastered and ground coating.
