The VSOP-E 60 system is designed for light wall fences of suspended and filling type, when it is necessary to ensure the fire resistance of the building in accordance with fire protection requirements.
The system consists of racks and rigs with a visible width of 50 mm, which are connected with each other using special mortgages made of aluminum and steel parts.
The gaps and joints are filled with a fire-resistant sealant and a heat-inflatable sealer.
Glass and double-glazed fire-resistant glass E 60 are used as filling. Filling is fastened with aluminum holders and stainless steel presses.
The system allows integration into the door design based on the CBT 60 EI and CBT 78 EI series. Aluminum covers and rubber seals play only a protective and decorative role. Filling and door blocks are installed in the structure from the outside. The profiles are reinforced with steel cores and non-combustible engineered wood covered with a patented thermocompensating composition.
