Fire doors are structural elements that serve to fill openings in fire barriers and prevent the spread of fire into adjacent premises for a normalized time.
The hinge of door cloths on the box is made mainly on two steel hinges, which are located at equidistant distances from the upper and lower ends of the box. If necessary, when the dimensions of the door cloths exceed the standard dimensions, and the weight of the structure is more than the design, the hinges can be three. The third loop is installed at a distance of 150-200 mm below the upper hinge, thereby reducing the load when opening the doors.
When requiring fire-fighting structures according to the parameter "spark safety" between the supporting ends of steel semi-hinges, bronze, brass or copper slip bearings are installed.
The constituent canvases of fire-resistant doors and (box and cover) are made of sheet cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1 mm. The specified thickness of the metal allows you to maintain the integrity of the structures during testing, ensure the necessary rigidity during operation and, to a certain extent, guarantees the safety of the room from unauthorized penetration. In addition, when heated, small metal thicknesses significantly reduce the thermal conductivity of the system, i.e. the transfer of thermal energy to the unheated surface of the product.
For fire-resistant doors, the operation of which is expected in conditions of high humidity, galvanized steel with increased resistance to corrosion is used.
Internal filling of the canvases of fire-fighting structures is basalt-based mineral wool with a density of at least 125 kg / m3.
The connection of the box of fire protection products with the lid is produced by the rolling method, which is much more reliable than the contact welding method, since it does not create a local metal stress during heat exposure.
On the loop side of the canvases of fire-resistant doors have at least two "passive" rigs, in order to eliminate frontal warping during fire exposure. Rigels should be installed at an equidistant distance from the middle section of the door leaf.
In the manufacture of filling openings in fire-resistant doors with glazing up to 25% of the area of the doorway, a special fire-resistant multilayer glass with gel filling is used.
In the pretended part of the canvases of fire-fighting structures, a locking device is installed in the form of a lock with a latch. The installed lock can be made in the usual, standard version, and the function "anti-panic" of various modifications. The casing of the castle is further protected by heat-resistant gaskets in the form of sheets of gypso-fiber plate, sizes commensurate with the dimensions of the castle plane.
Door boxes of doors are made of sheet cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm by the method of flexible or rolled, with the formation ("blocking") of places for welding. Connection of door parts is made by the method of electric arc welding in the environment of protective gas.
Doors are made both with a threshold (for entrance doors) and without it (for use in interior spaces). In addition to these options, according to the design specification, fire-resistant doors for ease of installation can be made with removable technological thresholds.
In order to prevent the penetration of combustion products into adjacent rooms, fire-resistant doors are equipped with two types of seals along the entire interfaced perimeter between the fabric and the product box. The first seal - from "cold" smoke is placed on the canvas door. The second one is inflatable on the door box. When the temperature reaches above 1800 C, the heat-inflatable tape expands from 20 to 40 times, preventing the release of combustion products into adjacent rooms.
The most popular are steel and aluminum fire-resistant doors, which are distinguished by a variety of design and color solutions.
Our company carries out fire-resistant doors different designs. We produce single-leaf and double-leaf steel, aluminum fire-resistant doors and fire-gatewhich meet all established standards.
The design of the doors consists of a frame that is fixed in the doorway, and a special flame retardant door leaf. The frame on which the fire door is installed is made of a profile steel pipe (1.5 mm).
The door cloth is a multilayer structure, which consists of 2 sheets of metal (1.2 mm), between which special heat-resistant materials are placed, providing the necessary level of fire resistance (EI-30 and EI-60).
Due to the use of seals "cold and hot smoke", metal aluminum fire-resistant doors have sufficient tightness. It is possible to produce fire-resistant doors with glass, the total area of which is not more than 25% of the area of the canvas.
